Buy a spysweeper and anti virus software. If that doesn't work, reformat your PC, it has a serious problem.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I keep getting a run ActiveX pop up........

Problem is with the IE's Internet/Restricted/Trusted zones. Given the site, it may be coming under the restricted or Internet zone for the ActiveX controls to work. For a detailed follow up :

If your Internet Explorer keeps randomly crashing (closing by itself), there may be an add-on or temporary page disrupting the connection. Every time you browse the web, Internet Explorer keeps track of the websites you visit. It keeps these pages, along with cookie trackers, in the "Temporary Browsing History" folder. Some websites cause Internet Explorer to crash.

Open the Internet Explorer browser. Go to "Tools > Delete Browsing History." Hit "Delete All." Check off the box that says "Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons." Hit "OK." Close and reopen the browser. b> Disable Add-Ons b> Go to "Start > Search." Type "Internet Explorer" and hit "Enter." The computer will search for any files with this label. Double-click on the file that says "Internet Explorer (No Add-Ons)." This will allow you to browse in IE without any additional plug-ins or add-ons that might be causing the browser to crash. b> Reset Internet Explorer b> Open the IE browser. Go to "Tools > Internet Options." Hit "Advanced." Click on "Reset" and then hit "Enter." Close and reopen the browser. You might have to many programs trying to or accessing your computer or the internet at the same time or a virus Scroll to bottom toolbar (bottom of screen) right click select task manager applications and processes to see you what's running and ticking over if you see anything you don't need running select end now and you might uninstall that specific program if you or computer does not require it to run and some unnecessary programs that could be jamming up your computer also under processes see what is ticking over in the background again if you see something you don't need to be running select end now and users you will see who is using your computer

When open any window i have pop up , what is goin on ?

It sounds like you have been infected by a virus, or malware.
The first thing I would try is to run malwarebytes from http://www.malwarebytes.org and see what it finds. It will clean up a good bit of malware.
Hope this helps!

I cannot connect to any of the facebook games i play. have tried IE and firefox. repeatedly get message to refresh page or error on page.

Try this Open IE. Then find and click Tools. Select Internet Options. Go to Advance tab and at the bottom look for the option to Reset Internet Explorer Settings. Then re-open another IE and try to play facebook games. If you were able to play before, try doing a restore. Follow these: Click Start menu. Select All programs. Go to Accessories, then System tools and click System Restore. A window will pop up asking you what date to select. Select the date when you were able to play facebook games. But DO NOT select a date that has a description of Critical update. If you do, system restore will fail. You won't lose any date on doing this.
