Question about Maytag CWE4800A Electric Single Oven
Oven wouldnt shut off.. then bake element "partially melted". Want to replace element. Anyone know where I can find an IOM or instructions that define replacement procedure?
Go to google and type in model and IOM and it should give you what you need. Replacing the element should not be hard. Just disconnect the power first. My main concern is that you said the oven won't turn off. You may have a control switch problem. Did the element melt at the terminals or in the middle of the element itself?
