Question about Gateway MX6447 Notebook
My laptop does not allow me to view videos very well. After I put the cd in the drive, it makes a ton of sound like it's doing something, but it just sounds like it rotating the cd in the drive. I have windows media player, and a few other programs that I know can play the video, and I am positive that the video CAN be played. However, it does not recognize the cd at all. Thanks for your help.
Are you using the right type of medium
are you getting an error message
have you tried other cd's in the drive
open media player
tools options file types
make sure you check the correct files
