We took the back bottom vent cover off. Clean that area of lint. We than followed the advise given to another posting of a refrigerator link. This has seemed to work for now, time will tell. However we were told most people with Haier refrigerators have problems. Thank you.

Water leaking in refrigerator

First, try flushing the drain from inside the freezer with warm water, using a turkey baster or a small funnel. You can also try using a pipe cleaner or a straightened coat hanger to forcibly remove the clog. If this doesn't fix the problem you may need to manually remove the debris that is clogging the check valve at the end of the drain hose.

Water appearing in the refrigerator and collecting on the back of the shelves as well at the bottom under the vegetable and fruit containers.

could just be condensation, which is normall, have you put any uncovered/warm/food or salad/fresh fruit in lately, these all add to the"problem"there is no "fix "other than kitchen tissue under the salad /fruit drawers, and throw away once a week.fridges are not frost free.(condensation in freezer is frost)

Water puddles under the drawers

You have a blocked defrost drain look at item 56  in this picture. you need to clear this drain either with hot water or clear ice that may have accumulated in the trough. to me it looks as if there is possibly a cover over this area so you will need to remove drawers and shelves to get to it. message me back here with any comments or questions.. You can fix this yourself!! thanks Peyton 10058779-00002.png

Water leaking in refrigerator on shelves, drawers, and under draw

common issue.....sounds like a drain clog in the freezer compartment above. remove the freezer rear panel and totally defrost the evaporator area, directly under the evap you see( under all taht ice) a small drain hole that has become frozen over, try defrosting with either a hair dryer( not a heat gun too much heat youl melt everything) or by pouring hot water donw the drain until you get a free flow of water down the tube. after its clear reassemble and you should be fine

Water leaking in refrigerator on shelves, drawers, and under draw

This is a common problem with this refrigerator. I think it's a design problem. You have to access the drain from inside the freezer compartment by removing the slide-out shelf and then getting a hex screwdriver to remove the screws on the bottom cover. After removing the screws, you can access the drain which is in the very back in the middle of a metal "trough". It is very hard to access. If it's like mine, you will find a lot of ice on the floor of the freezer compartment. You have to remove the ice and then let the refrigerator sit for a little while until it starts to thaw in the back. I have used a hair dryer and hot water to help thaw it out, but it is a hassle. You can use something like a metal hanger to help clear the drain, but I can warn you, you are in for a long haul. Expect to spend several hours clearing the ice out. My solution? Don't buy a Kenmore.

Water if leaking inside the refrigerator -- in the drawers and under the drawers and on the shelves! Please help!!

Probably a plugged drain in the freezer compartment. Open it up and investigate. You may need a hair dryer to thaw it out. Hope this helps!

Roper Refrigerator

open the freezer compartment loo for ice build up on floor of frezer especally towards rear behind back panel. sounds like you have a clogged/frozen defrost drain tube. removing back panel of freezer will give you acess to drain trough, melt away the ice with a hair dryer, youll find a drain hole under there somwhere, pouring boiling water down the drain will clear it pretty quickly( i use a steam machine purchased from the infomercials)
