I love
cooking with cous cous. It's so versatile and you can either use it for a light
salad or as a base with heavier meat dishes etc. Take a look
at this website that lists a top ten for cous cous dishes. http://www.thekitchn.com/dinner-quick-10-flavorful-cous-96007
I use the carrot cake recipe on the
BBC website and my family love it.
Grating the carrots is a bit of a pain if you don't have a processor but it's
worth it in the end.
Here are a
couple of recipes that I enjoy using for chocolate bread;

Good Luck and enjoy eating them!
Cous cous is
a dish made from tiny granules of durum
wheat. The granules are steamed to give a really light and fluffy dish. It's
traditionally a north African dish that is served with meat and vegetables, but
has now become part of middle eastern cuisines and in fact is found on menus in Europe and all over the world.
Traditional Irish coffee's are made using hot coffee, Irish
whiskey and sugar topped with heavy cream; however over the years many people
have made slight additions/changes to this recipe. I prefer to use brown sugar in my Irish
coffee.
Here is an instructional video that will teach you how to
make a perfect Irish coffee -
I use a recipe I found a while ago on allrecipes.com. My whole family really likes it and it is
quite easy to make. Enjoy!
