I cleaned my Jura Capresso with a tablet, but the message "Clean Machine/Ready" won't switch back to "Ready". Any suggestions?

Fortunately the problem you describe is not model specific. All Jura machines in the series C, E, F, J, S & Z models have the same problem. The Jura recommended maintenance is insufficient or erroneous. Here is how it occurs:
1- When new machine is set up, the instructions advice the owner to set up OK for use of Filter cartridges. This set helps only to display reminders for replacing the filter.
2- The initial set up instruction also advises that with regular use of Filter, descaling the machine will not be needed. That is really not accurate. Consequently, the reminders for descaling are delayed for over one year or more. This causes serious consequence with accumulation of Calcium deposits in the entire hydraulic and coffee system.
3- Use of Filters alone does not prevent Calcium deposits. Cleaning tables recommended & sold by Jura do not remove Calcium deposits in the coffee/water passages. The automatic descaling method recommended by Jura leaves the coffee side of the machine unclean. The error message in your machine is due to Calcium deposits in the Brew group, coffee outlet & the faucet dispensing coffee in the cup. I suggest all Jura machine owners should manually descale machine. Manually descaling includes use of 6 to 10 rinse cycles with descaling solution in the water tank. The error message "Clean Machine" is accurate. This error message is pointing to descale the Brew group, coffee outlet tube and coffee dispensing faucet by using rinse cycles.

After the rinse cycles are complete, refill Descaling solution in the water tank & continue descaling the rest of the machine by using hot water dispensing function, ½ cup at a time until the tank is empty. Finally, give a final flushing of machine to flush out remaining descaling solution inside the machine.

Refrigeratgor will not dispense water or ice

The lines may be clogged before or after the filter. If the hoses can be removed and flushed do so. If not you may require a service call to remove internal gunk due to hard water, calcium deposits, algae and more.

Water dispenser side by side is slow

Check the dispenser tube to be sure it is not partially plugged by taking a piece of grass whip cord and pushing it up the out spout a few times. Then try the water output in a glass so you can inspect the water for calcium deposits... If this doesn't help, check the connections at the filter to be sure that there is no obstruction at the connection between the incoming water line and the filter...

Whirlpool side by side, water-ice through the door. Icemaker and ice dispenser works fine, water dispenser does not. What could be wrong?

I think the solenoid that operates the water on and off is bad. After awhile calcium deposit builds up around the plunger causing it to stick. That's what happened with my refrigerator. Hope This Helps.

Ge profile arctica side by side- ice maker and water dispenser not working..have already replaced the water filter

The water dispenser and the icemaker both operate on different soleniods on the water valve so the chances of a bad valve are slim. I would assume you issue is in your water supply. The easiest thing you could try first would be to check your saddle valve that taps into your main water line to supply the ref. They are known for calcium deposits which obstruct the flow of water. This issue is IDed by very slow water pressure through th door. If its gunked your icemaker fill tube may also be frozen.

Ice maker works but not water dispenser

Here are the steps I took to fix thi:. First, if you tapped into a copper line near your sink, turn off the off the tap completely and turn it back on again. Why? Occasionally, calcium deposits will build there and cut down your water pressure. You may have enough pressure to run your ice maker, but not enough to push the ice out of the line (I'll talk about this later). Turning the tap on and off breaks up the calcium. This will also fix an ice maker that's slow to make ice or makes hollow cubes.

Next, I just kept running my water pump (about sixty seconds or more at a time) until the water finally started to come through. When it did, a few inch-long pieces of of ice came through -- telling me that the problem was a frozen water line. If running the water pump several times doesn't work (I think it took me six tries), consider turning off your fridge for a while (be sure to remove food and pack in dry ice).

Water flow decrease on refrigerator dispenser

You might have calcium deposits in the supply line. You can unscrew the line from the fridge and turn on the water to see if you have good flow. Have a bucket or pan handy. Let it run for a minute. If it checks out ok then the problem might be in the line attached to the fridge. Those usually come off fairly easy. If so take that off and see if its clogged. You can also check the valve where the feed is connected to the main water.

Whirlpool refridgerator ice maker

Check your water valve. Most likely it is leaking by the seal on the icemaker side of the valve so that it is getting a slight trickle of water all the time to the fill tube. This will freeze in the tube much like an icecicle is formed. This is the most common cause. Low water pressure and mineral deposits inside the tube can cause it also, but it usually will take longer than a few days for the problem to reappear.
The dispenser housing and parts on your fridge are replacable and show to still be available.
You can go to sears.com, click on parts, enter your model number, and see parts diagrams and lists for your fridge.
This link should go directly to the parts site.

Post back and let me know about the water valve.
Thanks/Mike
