Question about GE GDS20KBS Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
I've had this problem before, where the fan is frozen so the fridge is no longer cold but the freeze is OK.
What the guy did last time was remove the floor of the fridge, and poured hot water on the fan to unclog. However, I can't seem to remove the floor myself...there is a small piece in the front which I have to remove first (before sliding the floor out) but it won't seem to budge and I don't want to break it.
Buy a new fan motor . I did on my freezer and it was a easy job and it still works after years.
