If you have a wireless connection to the wireless router is it assigning IP addresses. How many devices do you have connected already? Maybe you have reached a limit and need to assign more IP's. Is your wireless router secure?(use of password) Check and see how many devices are connected to it. You do this from your desktop as long as it is connected to the wireless router via cable. Open web browser type 192.168.1.1 in address bar. Takes you to router login page for your router. Unless you have changed it the username is: ADMIN and the password is: PASSWORD. Once you are logged into the router this is where you can check the settings and see how many devices are connected. You can also add a password here to log onto your network so that no one unauthorized can use it. beyond this it gets pretty in depth. Just remember your wireless router controls your wireless network not the devices connecting to it. there may be a FAQ or help tab associated w your routers login page.
You dont need to use a search engine to go to websites. The address bar at the top of your browser, not the one that says "google" or "yahoo" or "bing" is where you type in addresses. if you just type in www.pinterest.com it takes you right to the login screen
Most Router defaut logins are are something like 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.0.10 or 192.168.1.1 i.e. type that into the address bar while connected via wired port, if it has been changed from default as in that address as well as login password, etc etc, then you can reset it "IF" you have physical access to the router Best is to check wit user guide provided OR if not availale go makers support website.
One of the following reasons could be giving rise to your problem.Take suggested actions giv against each.
1. Your browser must be blocking the popups --> Disable popup blocker. 2. Your browser could be preventing java scripts from being run. --> Enable java script for this site in your browser settings. 3. The site being opened after login is perhaps blocked by your antivirus software --> Check the list of blocked addresses in your browser or antivirus.
The only reason I see is one of the above as the page is displayed when you login from another computer. The problem must be in settings of your browser or firewall/antivirus applications.
