Problem for Pioneer DV-340 DVD Player

I have a Pioneer DV-340 standalone DVD player which has already been
modified for multi-region DVD playback. The problem which I encounter with
the newer DVD's released now days (both region 1 & 2), is that not every
time my DVD player reads the DVD correctly. I have swtich several time the
DVD player off and on. After I few times the DVD will be accepted by the
player. I think this is a firmware problem. This because the player is just
on the market for a few weeks.
Is there already a newer firmware available for this type of player?

Modified? It voided the warranty and you get worse picture...

You think it's a firmware problem? Fine, take it to your dealer and ask him
to REPAIR IT!!!
You bought something that has been ILLEGALLY MODIFIED, NO WARRANTY, and
under the 10/10 warranty, 10 seconds or 10 inches whichever comes first...
Your solution? Spend the money to BUY another HACKED DVD Player, or BUY a
KONES. The KONES will work flawlessly, it was made that way at the factory.
