When I fly abroad I get a weird pain in my ears and they feel all blocked. Is there anything I can do about it?

there is an air tube from the ear canal to the nose that may be blocked causing the problem

Pressure through the eustachian tube that joins your inner ear and your throat and sinus is not relieving pressure. You may have swelling or a mild infection or cold. Be gentle with it. If you can relieve the pressure of changing elevation on mountains or flying its the same thing. Otherwise your on your way to the doctor to have them checked for swelling.

There are several reasons this could be happening, but probably the most common reason if you have not and are not having any pain with this ear, is Cerumen impaction or earwax plugging your ear canal. Try an over the counter ear wax removal product. Follow the directions on the box. OR see your family doctor. The Medical Assistants can usually rinse the wax out. Sometimes when the wax has been there for a very long time, your ear canal may be irritated and bleed a bit. If so the doctor may want to place you on a temporary medication for this.

check your tyres for bulge or a faulty shock

if you havet yet, you need to go see an ENT.

Ear infections are very common in kids and are very painful. So if you think your child has an ear infection or if they seem unwell and have been unusually miserable, crying etc for a while, you should get a check up with your doctor.

Aside from regular symptoms of just not feeling well - ear infections can cause a temperature, intense ear and head pain and sometimes kids touch and pull on their ears which is usually a good indication of the problem.

Check the trailer hitch tap connector in the frame near the rear bumper for corrosion. Use dielectric grease and reconnect the connector

Use WD-40 oil. I know it might feel weird but it really helps.
