You must take it to your dealership. I think this may be a problem with the actual player. I am on CD player number 3 (2 times it has "eaten" my CD's without spitting them out, showing the E03 message), and mine about 2 months ago came up again with the E03 message. When I took it in again to the local mitsubishi dealership, the service guy actually had the nerve to ask me if I inserted an "aftermarket CD". I asked him what the heck that was. He explained it was a burned CD. When I told him, no, that it was stuck on a commercial book on CD, he *******. The players are on backorder, which indicates to me that a lot of people are having this problem and they are working to resolve it (if I ever get it). If I don't get mine replaced for free again soon, then I'm going to file a lawsuit over unfit for particular use, especially considering it says Mp3 player on the face of the changer. I find it difficult to believe that it would then eat Mp3 CDs. I think this may just be a factory-wide problem with these, and would love to know if others have the same problem? I know we have other issues with our Eclipse like the paint, etc.
