This will depend on the lens you have now.

Some Tokina lenses have a universal fitting, with a separate adaptor mount for each camera body they fit. Its usually the last 5 - 10mm of the mount, and its identifiable by a second release button, which allows the specific fitting to be changed. If you have one of those, you just need the Nikon fitting.

If the P/K mount is an integral part of the lens, you have a couple of choices.
(1) You could get an engineering shop to alter the mount. This costs a lot and probably isn't worth the hassle. (It might be better to sell your lens and buy the nikon equivalent).
(2) You could use an adaptor. These are readily available on eBay.
For example:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Pentax-PK-K-Lens-to-Nikon-AI-AF-F-camera-mount-Adapter_W0QQitemZ150400359906QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Photography_CameraLenses_Lens_caps_hoods_adaptors_ET?hash=item23048f5de2

Note that just because it has the right (i.e. Nikon) fitting, it doesn't mean that it will necessarily have full functionality on the body you intend to use with it.

Some Nikon bodies are "extremely fussy" about which lenses they can use, and it might be worth evaluating whether your proposed solution would work with the camera body you have in mind before committing to any sort of expenditure.

Cambron 500mm

I think you don't want to use it on the G10, because that would not be possible. You first have to know what the connection side of the Cambron lens is, than look on every site that has adopter rings for Canon EOS or Rebel cameras. Like the link down here.

Manual for 500mm mirror lens

Please state the exact make and version of your 500mm mirror lens. You've incorrectly listed it under "Olympus lens converters", so as you've made one minor error already I cannot be certain that you haven't made another.

Note that there really isn't any need for instructions on most mirror lenses. Apart from a few rare exceptions they have a fixed aperture and a single manual focus control and that's it. Some take huge and expensive front-mounted filters, others take smaller rear-mounted filters which slot in, and as they're usually manufacturer specific are about as common as rocking-horse dung.

Mirror lenses are far rarer these days, as you can achieve the same angle of view using smaller and more compact conventionally constructed lenses due to most SLRs having smaller image sensors. An Olympus Four Thirds model gets the same angle of view with a 250mm focal length lens, and most other dSLR models achieve it with around a 300mm lens due to crop factors of smaller image sensors.

If you still want additional information on your lens, then add a comment with the missing lens data and I'll try to provide further assistance.

My friends father recently stumbled upon a 100-300mm quantaray. It connects Nikon 3000 and my d5000 but the af doesn't work. We've looked it up and down for a button to switch to AF but there's...

That lens has a coupling on the lens mount which you'll see rotating when you alter the focus ring and look at the back of the lens. it does not have an in-built focus motor and so will only autofocus with Nikon bodies which incorporate a mechanical AF coupling on the lens mounting flage.

I am having a sigma lens sigma mount i like to put it on nikonD. 40 is it possible

Sigma makes lenses with a variety of mounts. If it has a Nikon mount then it will fit. If it has some other mount then it will not fit.

I have about three lenses that are made by Sigma and are meant to be used on the Sigma SD-14 camera. I would like to know if there's anyway to convert them so that they can be used on the Nikon D-200...

The conversion is not realistically possible, sorry. The SA mount is physically the same as a Pentax K mount but even then has a different flange distance, so even conversion to Pentax would be difficult. The electronics will all be custom made to suit Sigma SA standards.

Even if you had the machine shop skills and technical wizardry needed to convert to a Nikon AF mount, it's unlikely that the lenses would ever be fully compatible and they would be unlikely to work on subsequent Nikon bodies.

It will be cheaper and far more practical to sell what you have "as is" and use the funds towards the purchase of good used Nikon branded lenses.

Sigma 500mm lens need to remove funges from inside lens, but funges not showing on photographs is it possible to strip

That is a manufacturer repair. While you may be able to remove the fungus, the fungus may have etched the coating on the lens and still show . The best way to fix that is replace those lens elements that are effected.

I have a Nikkon D 60 with 18-55. I want to buy a 18 -300 mm AF Zoom lens with VR.

Nikon doesn't make such a lens. As far as I know, neither does anyone else. Nikon's longest zoom range is 18-200mm. Somebody makes an 18-270mm and it is available with a Nikon mount.
