I cannot remember the list as I didn't pay too much attention to the titles.
No doubt people will start adding titles to the list now.

I do believe Thomas Crown Affair was one of the titles however.

A count, not too long back, of 4:3 P&S software encoded dvds on uk.media.dvd
(for R1 & R2) got upto the massive figure of 5.

The Pan&Scan on the fly feature hasn't been implemented in any movie that I
know of. You are just going to have to get used to the bars, or buy movies
that aren't in widescreen (or have the option for both aspect ratios).
