Download required driver software and install. Follow the instructions during driver installation.
Restart the PC.
It is done.

hello! my name is liez, pls. do help me install my webcam.. i have a cd manual but my pc do not accept the cd drive.....

You can manually install it even without the setup CD , if you still have teh userguide you can find the steps there how to manually isntall it if you're having problem using the manual better call belkin support to help you manually setup that.
