Question about Acer Aspire 4720 Notebook
My Acer notebook used to connect to my wireless router automatically and very quickly without prompting. A little icon would appear on start up in the system tray looking like a small tower with wifi waves coming off it - indicating the Acer wireless assistant was connecting to the internet I believe. I was cleaning out and uninstalling some unused programs and I believe I deleted a bundle of Acer software - one of them being the wireless assistant. So now when I boot up my computer I have to manually push the little satellite button on the left side of the keyboard to turn on the wireless and it takes foreever for the modem to recognize the wireless router. Any chance of recovering the wireless assistant?
