Question about LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone
I dont no how to get my pictures from my fone onto my laptop
i've connected the usb cord to my laptop now what do i do ? ?
On an LG KS360:
Go to the "settings" menu on your phone. Select Connectivity. Then USB Connection. Then make sure that the "mass storage" option is selected.
You can then connect your phone to your PC via USB. Presuming you're using Windows, right-click your start bar, and click on "explore". You should see one or two extra drives depending on if you have an SD card stored on your phone. One of these drives will be the internal memory, the other the SD. You can navigate the menus to find the pictures. Either drag and drop them to where you want to put them on your PC, or copy and paste.
Alternatively, you can use a bluetooth connection. If your PC has one, make sure it is enabled, and make sure your phone's bluetooth is enabled [via the connectivity menu]. Set your PC's bluetooth to receive a file, and then find the picture you want to send on the phone, go to the options menu, select "send via" and choose bluetooth. You will have to select your PC's name from the menu after that, and you should see on your PC screen that it is receiving a file.

I dont think you have a usb for the phone. If so then it should be easy.... then again it could be an old laptop. Best way is to buy a 10 dollar mem card they are reall cheap now . You can also make a cd at any walmart for 2 dollars. Then play them on your cd drive. Finally LG sells a kit with software and cable.

My first question to you would be: is the phone an env or another lg phone & if it is an env (I'm assuming it's not though), is this the env or the env2? 2nd ques: if it's the env where did you find a usb cord to connect it to your computer cuz I'd love to do that! So far, the only ways I know of how to transfer pics from phone (env) to comp. is either by texting the pic to your email address (just type in your email address instead of a phone number) or to get a micro sd card and then hook that up to your comp & download them that way. Hope it helps & I hope I'm not just telling you things you already knew of!
