Casio te-m80 I dont like the welcome report in the begining of the roll and there are too much spaces between the bells how can I solve this problem

Hi. Are you talking about the 'Your receipt thankyou ' message at the top of your store details? I'm not sure what you mean by 'bells'. You probably need to change some machine features settings. If you can describe the problems a little better, I can help.

How do I get a grand total for just a department from a Royal 210dx cash register.


Are your departments set up properly?

This is how to check:

Running the Department Confirmation Report

You can print a report that shows the programmed information for a range of departments or for all departments. The range report is helpful if you want to see the programmed names of some of the departments, but do not need to see all the departments and other cash register programming.

You can also print a report that shows department information and sales.

For more information, see Running Management Reports on page 85.

Note:

Unless you specify a department range, all departments print in the
Department Range Report. This will take a few minutes.

To run a department confirmation report:

Programming > Department Set Up > Depart Conf Report

1 Press the Main menu (on) key.

2 Press the Arrow Down key to select Programming. Press the Amount Tend Total <Enter> key.

3 If you are prompted for a Manager Passcode, type the passcode number and then press the Check key. If you did not program a Manager Passcode, go to the next step.

4 Press the Arrow Down key to select Department Set up. Press the Amount Tend Total <Enter> key.

5 Press the Arrow Down key to select Depart C onf R eport. Press the Amount Tend Total <Enter> key.

6 Select how you want to see the report. If you select Display, use the arrow keys to review the report in the clerk screen.

Changed paper roll and suddenly print appears broken and faded.


probably gummy residue from the beginning of the new roll used to keep it together stuck to the thermal head. Simply put some alcohol on a cue tip or swab and gently and repeatedly wipe across the head

Try turning paper around or make sure you have thermal paper if it is a thermal printer model

How do I get the register to print everything that is rung up?


It may be possible that your macghine is in training mode. Just remove the batterries blow the paper roll and plug it off for about 5 mins and put them back then plug it on

How can I change the paper. I cannot find the correct slot to install the new paper roll


Press down on the button located on the side of the terminal to unlatch the
paper roll cover, then lift the cover up and back
Remove any partial roll of paper in the printer tray by lifting up
Loosen the glued leading edge of the paper or remove the protective strip
from the new roll of paper. Unwind the paper roll past any glue residue.
Hold the roll so the paper feeds from the bottom of the roll
Drop the paper roll into the printer tray.

Close the paper roll cover by gently pressing directly on the cover until it clicks
shut, allowing a small amount of paper past the glue residue to extend outside
the printer door.
To prevent the paper roll cover from damaging the print roller, always gently press
down on the printer dust cover to close it.

Just want to get a new roll of paper to feed in


Simply press down on the spring loaded button above the F1 key on the right side of the unit, next to where the paper feeds out of its slot - you may see the symbol of a roll of paper and a right arrow. Then after you open the new roll of paper, just place it into the cavity with the end of the roll coming out from underneath the roll itself, towards the serrated cutting blade, leaving a small amount of paper (2-3") sticking out of the top of unit. Now close the lid until you hear it click closed, and the button you pressed to begin with has returned to its 'up' position. Your paper is loaded and you may resume normal operations.
