I want to set up CID feature

I've been given a Tesco ARC200 cordless phone but it hasn't got a manual and I want to set the Caller Information Display feature on. I get to 'CID MODE' but I don't know what DTMFor FSK means and neither option brings up the caller's phone number. Help please.
