Window show (No Audio Output Device is installed)

1. Make sure your Microphone is connected properly to the correct port (It's usually the one with the little mic picture on it at the back of your CPU)

2. Once it is properly connected, the system will automatically detect your microphone and suggest for you to download the necessary drivers needed. Do so to fully use your device.

3. If this still doesn't work, go to control panel, click on sounds and make sure that everything is set up properly (audio, mic in has volume, etc)

Front USB ports on our windows xp pc do not work and havent for as long as i can remember. they came already installed when we first got the comp. No device will show up or even showany signs of power, yet...

  1. Power off the computer and remove the 3 pronged plug from the power supply for safety of the system.
  2. Remove the side panel
  3. Locate the string of several wires that lead from the front panel to the motherboard.
  4. Locate and wires that may have USB tagged on their connector.
  5. Look carefully at the motherboard and locate the use pins and slide the connector over them
  6. replace cover and power cord
  7. power up and test
If for any reason you have trouble, respond to this post with your Computer Make and model, or to be more precise, click here to begin downloading SIW. A free System Information Software available to you. Once you have downloaded the program you will click install (although the program doesnt install and will run without leaving any permanent track through your system). Find "motherboard" under the system tab on the left hand side and respond to me with the manufacture, model, and version. I will have your answer as soon as i get your info

I have no sound in my computer

Hi, I am Steve, lets get you some help.

The first thing to try to solve this issue is to go to the settings, control panel, system, hardware, device manager.

Find you sound device and uninstall it. Then select action, scan for hardware changes. Windows will find your sound card and install the necessary drivers.

Let me know if this works, if not we will move onto the next level of troubleshooting.

Give me properly installation of stand alone dvr with computer all window how sport the dvr send me properly anstallation of standalone dvr

Take one co-axial cable, and connect the "input" port to your cable-company's wall-port.

Look at the connectors on the back of your TV. You could have:
* coaxial input (lowest video-quality)
* S-Video input (better video-quality)
* component input - three cables for video, two cables for audio (better video-quality)
* HDMI input (highest video-quality)

Look at the connectors on the "output" side of the PVR. You could have:
* coaxial output (lowest video-quality)
* S-Video output (better video-quality)
* component output - three cables for video, two cables for audio (better video-quality)
* HDMI output (highest video-quality)

Connect the "outputs" to the "inputs", using appropriate cables.

Turn the PVR on. Turn the TV on.

Use the "source" button on the TV's remote-control to select from the various inputs
(Coax, S-Video, Component, HDMI1, HDMI2).

If your TV has 'PIP' ("Picture-In-Picture") capability, connect more than one output to a second input, so that both tuners inside your TV will receive a signal.

I cannot connect to pcsuite its displays to be disconnected

Hi Piyush,

The problem seems to be with your USB port on either end. If you use your USB port (PC end) rarely then there's a chance of corrosion/oxidization that has formed on the contacts. Use a little bit of WD40. First take a small piece of good thick drawing paper (the ones used by kids in class to draw stuff on).
Fold it in such a way so as to fit it inside the PC's USB port. Now apply a few drops of WD40 oil on the paper's folded edge and insert the paper gently into the port and rub it (IN-OUT-IN-OUT) action. Now try connecting your cable & handset.
Assuming that you have a frint panel USB connector and if its still not working then there could be a loose contact problem with the 4 pin USB motherboard connectors. Switch OFF the PC, remove the side cover and see where the wires go on the motherboard from the front panel.

VERY IMPORTANT: CAUTION, BEFORE REMOVING THE 4 USB PINS FROM THE MOTHERBOARD, WRITE DOWN ON A PIECE OF PAPER THE SEQUENCE THEY ARE PRESENTLY CONNECTED AS YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-CONNECT THEM IN THE EXACT SAME MANNER. A WRONG CONNECTION WILL CERTAINLY DAMAGE YOUR MOTHERBOARD BEYOND REPAIR. THERE ARE 4 PINS: Refer Diagram Below:
wolftech.jpg
Remove the pins one by one, apply a little WD40 in the sockets of the black, square cylindrical sockets and place them back and restart your PC.

It should work now.

Does your TV have a VGA-input port? an S-Video port? a HDMI input-port? component-input ports?
