Are these new cartridges? If so, take the protective plastic off of the cartridge and reinsert them:)

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Printer works then doesnt work properly

The following assumes your problem is printing to your HP Officejet Pro L7680, and that you are not copying (ie. copying a file from your computer to a flash card).

I would go down this list until it is fixed and you can print. Completing the rest of the list may help your system perform better though.

Hp officejet pro L7650 all in one printing problems

Once try to print the self-test report from the front panel of the all-in-one and check the result, then remove the cartridges from the all-in-one and clean the copper contacts of the cartridges with a soft cotton cloth and then insert them again and try to align the cartridges.

If the issue still persists then power cycle and reset the all-in-one.
