When i bought my toshiba it didn't come with the pedestal mounting instruction, and when i assemble the tv it appears to lean to the forward. is it supposed to be like this?

Take out 5 HEX head screws and one black screw from jack pack cover. the pedestal will slide out from bottom. You do not need to remove jack pack cover as it is part of entire back panel.

there are four screw holes at the back, you might want to make use of it for anchoring. I guess these models are designed for TV-like installations and not for computer desktop monitors. The base takes a lot of space too.

First of all take out all the parts and set them on the ground. start from the main base of the pedestal and start fitting the mechanism of the mount one by one, the puzzle will fit in but relax and think you can do it.

1) Carefully lay the front of the unit face down on a flat, cushioned surface such as a quilt or blanket. Leave the stand protruding over the edge of the surface.
Extreme care should always be used when removing the pedestal stand to avoid damage to the LCD panel.
2) Remove the jack pack cover on the back of the TV to expose the pedestal stand screws. The jack pack cover can be removed without tools.
3) Remove the five screws shown in the diagram below. This will allow removal of the pedestal stand.
4) Once you have removed all five screws holding the pedestal stand in place, remove the pedestal stand from the TV by sliding the pedestal stand a way from the TV (Remorve 5, 4mm or 5/32" Allen Bolts from back of TV.)
