Problem for Alpine CDA-9830 CD Player

Deck won't eject

IT was working fine earlier today, and when I went to eject the CD, it opens and refuses to give the CD. When I move the deck manually higher up and try to eject, I get the same problem. Also there is no sound now.

use the manual reset on the face plate. its located to the right of the rotory knob. you will need a pen to push it in. then remove the face plate and reseat it.
