Dell xps 730 19 in 1 memory card reader and bluetooth not working
The memory card reader does not respond to any cards put in and the Bluetooth does likewise. In Device manager there is an exclamation mark next to the bluetooth device and in the properties an error message that reads" Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available."

Re: Dell xps 730 19 in 1 memory card reader and bluetooth...
Kindly un-install both the drivers for blue-tooth and wireless card from your computer. Just right click on each driver in the device manager select remove or un-install. Restart your computer and re-download the drivers from the dell support site.
Note: dell support site would only contain drivers , for your xps system h/w that came from dell. if you have attached the wireless and blue-tooth later , you might need to download them from manufacturer website

Wireless/Bluetooth keyboards and mice can only be used with one device at a time it is like a bluetooth headset once it is paired with a phone it will 99.99% of the time only work with that phone and that phone only, Wireless keyboards and mice are setup on the same principal once they are paired up with 1 PC to use on another PC you have to remove the pairing. The worst case scenario is that the second PC's Wireless/Bluetooth has failed. I hope this helps.
What kind of memory card are you talking about? If it's one of those cards from a camera, PDA, etc, it should be on the front of the computer, if you purchased that option. The normal XPS 400 does not have a memory card reader.
If you can CAREFULLY and PERFECTLY use glue on it, but avoid touching any terminals or metal or any sensitive part of it. Please that is why I said CAREFULLY and PERFECTLY, and make it firm again ok? Guy or girl, that thing is delicate and needs an expertise, ok? So if you know you can't do it, but know of any Electronic Engeneer/ Computer Engeneer, you can ask for his assistance, ie instead of spoiling it. Satisfied?

are you not saying about ram ? it is also called memory. it is use in mother bord slot. they are white and plastic.
there are 2 things that can cause that, memory failure, or mother board, cheeper route to go would be replace your memory first, and see if that corrects the problem, if not then, check anything new you installed inside such as video card, lan cards, of something like that, if that doesn't work you need to have it looked at and possibly the mother board replaced,
