Take out the USB from the MP3 Player. Connect it to your Computer. Go to "My Computer" and go to where it says "Portable Devices". Under where it says, "Samsung YP-U3". Double Click and Double Click "Samsung Flash Media". Double Click "Music". And put MP3 Songs, to the folder. Now it's ready to listen to it.
Upgrade the firmware: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/download/supportDown.do?group=audiovideo&type=mp3players&subtype=flashmemory&model_nm=YP-U3JQPY&language=&cate_type=all&dType=D&mType=FM&vType=L&prd_ia_cd=03040200&disp_nm=YP-U3JQPY
Then use Windows Media Player to transfer the songs.
