Question about Logitech Webcam
I have the installation cd which I have installed on my hard drive however there are no more instructions as to what to do next. When I open up quickcam I get two slides saying x32 and x64 and then I do not know which slide or application to do next. I have skyped a friend but the camera is not working. Thanks
Your cam needs to be setup with skype program
also when you installed software was cam unplugged
if so uninstall through add/remove tehn unplug restart and reinstall cam plug it in only afetr being instructed or on a restart after program is installed
you choose 32 or 64 depending on what you prefer
Go to TOOLS, then OPTIONS, and click on
and set the Microphone and Speakers
to the computer Audio Card.
Then click on the Video Settings.
The camera if installed properly
will come up and show a picture.
Then on the bottom of the page click on Save.
please rate and please let me know if this has helped

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
