Question about Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
There is a wireless connection to the computer and the computer shows that it is active. When we try to get on internet explorer it says that it can't display pages off line. Computer shows we are connected.
Clear your browser cache, then if you are using IE, click its File menu and make sure Work Offline is unchecked.

Go to the modem and remove the power supply for around 30 secs, then plug it back in and leave it a minute to reset, if you still can't connect post back
Good luck and thanks for using Fixya!!
