Everything seems to be set, the paper is loaded correctly, and then the papersource problem occurs.
I'm guessing (wildly) that the printer is an R2400 (although there's no guarantee of that it seems :) )...
Anyway, the problem is most likely to be in the printer driver settings used on your computer.
You need to go to:
- Start
- Printers & Faxes
- Locate your printer
- Right click on the printer and choose "printer preferences"
From here you need to ensure that all your settings for paper size, etc... are correct.
You also need to ensure that whatever you're actually printing has the correct page setup using the same paper size.
Hopefully that will correct your problem.
