For some reason I can't get facebook to load anyway! I googled it ,had in favorites,menu bar,nothing ! instead of welcome to facebook it reverts to just facebook than it just freezes up? I had my computer scanned,updated ie to 10,did a recover you name it whats wrong with facebook? been two days now

- Try to open the other browser like Mozilla, Opera .....
- If the IE browser have a problem and the other browser have no
problem.
Solution: you need to update your Windows.

if you have another player installed it may be conflicting..deactivate.reboot...it and try it ..if that doesn't work delete the download and re install..always reboot

This happened to me once because my system ran out of resources. I closed everything that is running in the taskbar and applications that are not important like widgets and items that are not important in the device manager then ran again the antivirus. This also happened in another machine that we almost do not shutdown. A reboot and ran the antivirus and it worked.

Do a Windows repair by following below steps:
1- Boot up form the CD
2- Windows installer will start loading some files to your hard drive, when it finishes go for "To set up Windows XP now, press ENTER" so press ENTER
3- Press F8 to accept the License Agreement
4- Now Windows installer will search for installed Windows OSes on your hard drive and should find yours and lists it at the bottom, highlight it, then press R
Wait for the repair process to finish. I hope this solves your problem.

To check history:
Open a new tab (Ctrl+T) and click the 'View Full History' button towards the bottom (make sure you are NOT in incognito mode).
From that page, click 'Edit Items' in the top right corner, then click 'Clear all browsing data' to delete your history.
To check your favorites open a new tab and below the address bar you will find your favorites, alliteratively you can snap the bookmarks bar by using Ctrl+B. To add a favorite, hit Ctrl+D and hit 'Done'.
