1999 honda foreman 450s pull rope not pulling is motor locked and what do i need to do

If you have a good angle to push down on the piston and it won't move it could be one of two things: the piston is at bottom-dead-center or the con-rod is seized to the crankshaft. If you can't move the crank with the pull rope it's probably the later. This is usually caused by running the motor with very low or no oil. You'll have to split the case to see how badly the crankshaft journal(s) is damaged. In many cases the journal can be cleaned up or turned by a machinist and with a replacement con-rod the motor will run again.

Pull rope will not pull motor locked up?

If the crankshaft won't turn at all, either by the pull rope or by turning the flywheel by hand, it's usually because the connecting rod from the crankshaft journal to the piston is seized to the crankshaft. This is usually caused by running the motor with oil in the crankcase. Worst case you'll have to replace the crankshaft and con-rod. In some cases the journal on the crankshaft can be cleaned up and with a new con-rod you'll be able to use the motor again.

What type of gas does it take

Is this a big power washer as shown in the photograph?
Is there a separate place to put oil for engine and pump?

If your engine has a place to put oil, then the engine takes ordinary gasoline
If you have a small engine like a weed-eater or chain-saw, and there is not a separate reservoir for oil, then you mix 2-cycle engine oil with the gas in a 40:1 ratio

Pressure washer oil:
Pump fills about half-way up with SAE20 or SAE30 non-detergent motor oil
Engine fills half way up dipstick with 10-W-30 motor oil

B & S 675 series engine timing question

The gear on the crankshaft is 'keyed' and has a dimple on one of the teeth. That dimple aligns with the dimple made into one of the teeth on the camshaft.

I am wondering what type of oil to add to my pressure washer pump. I have lost the manual. It is a MCS Storm HG 202B washer with a honda motor.

They sell 'pump oil' I use the PRO JET brand universal pump oil. It can be hard to find. I get it from a local chain saw shop that sells pressure washers.

Oil leak under the engine

If it is a vertical shaft engine then it is most likely the crankshaft seal. That requires removing the engine from the frame and removing the pump from the motor to replace the seal. If it is a horizontal shaft engine then it could be either the shaft seal or the side cover gasket. Both require removal of the pump.
