Question about Solis Palazzo Espresso Machine
During the cleaning cycle, our machine stopped with the red light coming on. Could ventalate at that point, but didn't. Turned it off, waited and now all lights on, and no buttons or switches function.
Caffine withdrawal commencing, not happy
We forced the mechanism!! Works like a charm! I think we'll get a backup, the french press didn't cut it this AM.......

First off. When you do a descale you must let the machine finish each cycle and that is when the pump stops and you will know this when all the lights flash.
You have finished the first part of the descaling process. Now you need to rinse the machine with clean water. and let the machine quit on its own. That will clear the descale light, then you will have a green blinking light and a red steady for the water. Refill the water tank and prime the machine. that will clear the red light and it will start heating.
