Water leaking on bottom of freezer side

peah, I had a couple of these tanks leak. I think they had an issue with this. The last one I had they had a kit where the substitued coiled tubing with 2 john guest fittings to replace the tank. This solved the problem. The part number I have for the tank is 4838jj1003a, you can get it at http://www3.sears.com/ for 17.95. I don't know if they will send you the tank or kit. You can inquire. ok...1st there is only one connection to the fridge at the valve.2nd check the filter and see if one is present.3rd make shure the child lock out feature on the dispencer is not activated.

Make sure the unit is not all iced up, try to defrost it and then retry, turn off the ice maker and water supply before defrosting. Put a thermoter in the freezer to check temp.

I have a similiar problem with my LG refrigerator. The freezer settings get stuck on 6 and 7, while the refrigerator side is showing nothing. Pushing the buttons to adjust the temperature does nothing. The whole time, my food is getting spoiled.
