If this is a laptop be sure the physical switch for the antenna on the laptop is turned on. Assuming you just got this back from repairs, they will sometimes disable the wireless connection as cpenzes was saying. Goto network connections and be sure your wireless is not set to disabled. If it is right-click icon and enable it. Ignore the 1394 wireless (this is for firewire and noted for connecting camcorders and such)

If this isn't it, I use Windows to setup my connections. In some cases like Dell, you have to turn off their software and then you should be able to double-click icon in lower left-hand corner (2 computers with red X over it" and either connect or it will ask for a security code to connect.

Try turning QOS off on your router. Generally, with home routers, QOS causes issues. What are your download and upload speeds? If you don't know you can go to speedtest.net and it will tell you. If turning off QOS doesn't resolve your issue and you have decent Upload/Download Speeds (3mbps/20mbps or higher) then your best bet would be to replace your wireless router.

Just set up Belkin Shar Max N300. I can connect to the internet and the signal strength is great, however it seems the connection speed is significantly slower than the wired connection. For example, I...

1) Position the wireless router so that the line of sight to your computer is unblocked.

2) Upgrade the wireless routers firmware by visiting the manufacturers website and looking to the downloads or support sections for any upgrades.

3) Return your current router and buy a better one, the more top line routers actually make a huge difference in speed. D-Link and Linksys have some top of the line wireless routers.

4) Use a wireless speed optimizer such as tweakmaster to get the speed up.

5) Make your network a private network by setting a password so others can take up the bandwidth.

hopefully this helps!

Blue screen when playing iTunes on Logitech Z-10 speakers

Before, you return it, can you unplug the Wireless USB Hub, and plug in your iPod and does it work just fine?  Also, the USB port that you're plugging it into - is it USB 2.0?
If both answers are YES to the above - then definitely return it.
It's not your speakers.

I bought an HP Laptop 3 months ago (with Windows Vista) and the Internet keeps crashing when I'm online. It starts up again automatically, which helps, but I lose the pages I was on. Is is my PC or Vista?...

Try clearing your browser history & cache. When these get to full it causes the problem you describe. You can access these features from the tools icon on your browser>internet options. Hope this helps.
