Can remove breadman pro lid

I got a Breadman Pro TR875 for Christmas. Love it. But need to figure out how to remove the supposedly removeable lid for cleaning. And there were no instructions on HOW to do this in the manual.

Help!

Not really the same problem but I still would appreciate help. The viewing window on the top of my Breadman Pro TR875 was broken by somthing falling on it while in storage. How can I fix this?

You might have figured out how to do this by now, but here's the answer anyway.
There are two slots that the lid's hinge pins slide into.  To remove the lid for cleaning or otherwise, tilt the lid at a 45-degree angle and pull it towards the front of the machine.  To put the lid back, simply reverse these directions.  CAUTION: Make sure that the hinge pins are completely inserted into their respective slots before carefully lowering the lid.  Not doing so could bend them or break them off and would ruin the lid.

Breadman pro stopped working

it is defenitely a power problem some of them have internal resets and you should check. also you could have a malfunction of the power supply module on the circuit main board. if there is no reset then i suggest that you take it to a aplliance repair shop and have a tech replace the circuit module.

Breadman Pro TR875 won't start properly.

I believe whoever sold it on eBay did so for a reason....it's broken. I just bought a Breadman Pro at Linens n Things for 79.99 with the 20% off coupon from Bed Bath and Beyond (those two stores are interchangeable) and I have NO problem turning it on and have successfully baked several loaves of bread without incident. I'd suggest going and buying a new one. Sorry.....

Same here! Let me know if you find anything. I was thinking if I could find a halogen light with the right size circle of glass to fit. Till than I'm using foil to cover the hole. Ann T
