Gas air compressor shuts down

This is a Campbell Hausfeld Extreme with a 5.5 hp Honda GX 160 which has a low oil shutoff. The oil level is good. Engine starts fine but only runs for a minute or so and shuts down. It sometimes reaches full pressure (125psi) other times not. This is a two tank contractor. Any ideas as to the problem. Help is appreciated greatly.

IS IT BUILDING TO THE UNLOAD PRESSURE AND THEN STALLING OR JUST SHUTTING DOWN ANYTIME. IS THE UNIT SITTING AT AN ANGLE?

DOES IT WORK FINE WITH THE LOW OIL SWITCH UNPLUGGED? UNPLUG SWITCH AND LEAVE IT UNPLUGGED FOREVER.THEY'RE ALL P.O.S.
