Avanquest overcharged me three times the import of my request
By 31st december 2008 I purchased Systemsuite 9 pro from a webpage offering a license for 3 PC's fo $ 19.00 dls. When I finnished the online transaction it appeared tha I had been charged three times $ 19.00 ($57.00 for 9 licenses !!!). I made a claim, sent e-mails to all possible instances but up to now I have not received an answer, as if I did not exist.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

You can uninstall using the Add or Remove Programs component in the Windows Control Panel. This will initialize the Windows Installer to assist you with uninstalling.
If SystemSuite or Fix-It is not listed on the Add or Remove Programs list you can remove the program using the MicroSoft Installer CleanUp Utility. Please go to the following page and follow the steps on the web site. Run the utility and see if it detects SystemSuite or Fix-It and if it does then delete the entry. Once you've done this check the install directory located at C:Program FilesOntrackSystemSuite or Fix-It or VCOMSystemSuite or Fix-It and delete the folder if it still exists.
Welcome to the world of utilities that let you know they're working by whining about each other. It sounds like you looked for pattern files for a certain antivirus tool using the same antivirus tool and were told they were current. If that's the case, good work and you can try manually installing pattern files from the antivirus makers' site and possibly meet success in making SystemSuite 8 happy, but things are going fine if you get new pattern files weekly or so. (If not, you can just install a different antivirus, uninstalling the first in the process.)
These suites get way to crazy because of how they try to force people not to copyright them. Within your install process a rootkit was installed and it wont come out of your computer...do what I did...
