Solution 1 is partially's how to fix it:

1.) Remove remote phone off base unit. 2.) On the remote phone, press Menu, then 0, then 0 3.) On the base unit, press "Locator" button (until H1 for base, H2 for remote phone 2, H3 for remote phone 3 or H4 for remote phone 4 appears) 4.) On the base unit, hold the "call' button until the charge light begins to flash. 5.) On the remote phone, hit the top right button (next to menu button to indicate okay). The remote phone will indicate it is registering (takes about 10 seconds). 6.) Put remote phone back on base,

Phone will be operating properly!

I have the same problem. This did not fix my problem.  However, to register the handset you can: lift handset off base press Menu, then 0, then 0 Now press Locator/intercom on the base unit The handset will say it is registering., At the end of all this my phone displays ERROR!! Yours may register OK.

Blinking light voice mail ms9 via phone co wont turn off

The blinking light usually means one of two things: 1) message box is full or 2) you have a new message. Deleting messages should solve this problem for you. After you delete the messages, if you still have a blinking light, unplug the power cord and take the batteries out of all the phones linked to the base unit. Then one at a time put the batteries back in after you plug the base unit in. This should clear and error. Some base units have a back-up battery, don't forget to remove it too!

Phone saying no link to base

Each handset in a multi-handset phone system must be identified by the base unit. This is because most units have an intercom capability that can communicate between two handsets. If the battery of a handset dies completely or is disconnected and replaced, then base unit loses it contact with the handset. To re-establish the connectivity, you must seat the handset in the charging cradle of the base unit. Once it is identified it can be taken back to its remote location.

Gigaset a420 has stopped making or receiving calls

You mean unplugged it from the power outlet or the RG45 wall jack? OK so if the battery is fine and you unplugged the power from the source, then the issue is with either the cord itself or the charging unit. Just because the little red light comes on does not mean it is working properly. Put a multi-meter on the charging tabs to double check for continuity. Sometimes and as weird as this sounds, it just takes unplugging a nearly spent power pack/inverter to finish the job so to speak. If you unplugged it from the RG45 then you need to look at the pins in the RG45 wall jack to see if you inadvertently bent one out of shape.Phone won't work if there's no signal. Wish I could help more. Good luck with that issue.

The base unit for my Philips VOIP3212S is not charging the phone I need to buy a replacement base unit. I put ordinary batteries in the phone and the base unit no longer works

Wilson - The phone was not made to use regular (AAA) batteries. Unless you install AAA NIMH rechargeables it will not work. Regular AAA batteries cannot be charged by the base unit.
In case you meant AAA NIMH batteries as "ordinary batteries" then your charger may be the problem, but I wouldn't assume that until I've taken a pencil eraser and vigorously cleaned the base contacts and tried the base again (with the right batteries.)
Good Luck, Mikeywaf

My base power kept reseting itself it semmed as i have a base controller in the front and the light goes on and off, as well as my deck keeps restarting as well, now my amp does not poer on at all but the...

The problem is with your charging system, meaning the battery, alternator, and all existent power loads on your vehicle such as interior lights, head lights, air conditioner, etc...

If this is correct, you can easily verify it by playing a song that you are familiar with, especially the bass lines, and noting when the power is lost to your subs and head unit. If the bass and head unit resets just as a hard bass note is about to play or it plays for a couple seconds, then indeed the problem lies in your charging system. What this means is that your car's battery and alternator cannot physically handle the extra load of your Kicker L7.

I recommend replacing the battery since it is the cheapest route. The best battery to replace it with would be an Optima yellow top, as this is a dry cell battery and would give you the best results, but simply a new battery should help out quite a bit.

Make sure you fully charge the battery before trying out your subs again.

If the power still seems to be cutting out after replacing the battery, you might after to consider replacing the alternator, but that is usually a last ditch effort unless you are into competitions, because it can get rather expensive. You would have to search for high output alternators.

Hope this helps!

"no link to base" error message

Sounds like the antenna is not working, and signal is not getting to the cordless sets.

Try unplugging your base station (unplug everything; power and phone cable - the basestation were all the cords are plugged into) and leave it unplugged, pull out all the batteries in the phones, and then start by putting all the batteries back into the phones.

Once the phones are back and powered up, plug in the base station again, and see if that helps.
All this is doing is re-setting the phones and base station and forcing them to re-link to each other.

I hope this helps.
