Cordless Desktop EX110 Mouse isnt working

Plz help ! i've tried everything , my ex110 mouse isn't working ! the red light under the mouse works , when i press the buttons on the mouse the light is brighter , when i press the connect button and release the light blinks 1 time , that prooves that the mouse is working , BUT IT'S NOT ! THE POINTER IS ALWAYS IN THE CENTER OF THE SCREEN ! HELP ME PLZ ! I LOVE THIS MOUSE ! BEEN USING IT FOR 1 year !
P.S When i press the connect button on the mouse , the lights on the receiver don't blink , but when i press the connect button on the keyboard the lights on the receiver do blink , maybe this means that the signal from the mouse to the receiver got screwed up or smthg , but when i enter SetPoint it shows that my mouse is working properly , and even shows how the batteries are doing

Computers wont recognise user errors. Just kidding. i had the same issue with mine. After some period of time it will begin to do what i call Freeze Response. Where the computer recognizes it's function is there, but the mouse is considerably frozen. this works for me. If you still have the Cd than unplug your mouse and reinstall it. if you reinstall it with the mouse in, it just fixes software errors.

Or

Turn your pc off, unplug your mouse. Take out the batteries. boot up your pc, wait till everything loads up into windows or MAC, plug in your mouse, put the batteries back in. And wait for it to automatically connect. if it does not hold the connect on mouse and press connect on receiver. You should be on your way hopefully.

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.

Have you tried re-setting the frequency for one of the devices? simply click the button on the infra-red unit then click the button on the back of keyboard and notice the infra-red unit stopped scanning.
