Question about Labtec 961307-0914 Webcam

1 Answer

Labtec Webcam closes within Live Messenger

Every time i try to use my Webcam on Windows Live Messnger (the new beta), it will send the invite, and when the person accepts it will connect for a fraction of a second then close and cancel the webcam... I managed to get a fix for a short period of time, until i shut down my PC, and it hasn't worked since.

It worked well when windows auto installed the driver, because it ignored the CD, but now the actual driver is installed it doesnt work right.

Can't transmit video via MSN Messenger

As long as she is accepting your call when invited it should show up a little MSN advert then show your picture. The problem may be at your end, so check that you have the cam set up in settings and you both allow video to be accepted, ckeck all the web cam settings and menu options. If you haven't already, download MSN live messenger.
