Not familair with the yaabaa virus/spyware but usually this error is because your av got rid of the infection but didn't clean up the registry entry. So windows tries to load it and can't find the file so shows the error. So AVg killed it but it didn;t clean up afterwards.
For that open cpu cabinet then refix RAM memory. Then when you power up the computer press F8 key then neter in safe mode. Then go to start menu->run Type in run "chkdsk /r" then press "y" then restart then it fix error. But if you not able to enter in safe mode then you need windows or recovery disk. Boot your computr with disk and follow the procedure and choose "R" option for repair windows.

this file is not a recognized windows file it looks like a trojan or virus that is afecting how your computer boots up. You may be better off backing up all the files and documents you don't want to lose then re-format your drive and do a windows fresh install.
this sounds like a classic case of spyware in your computer. you need to install an anti virus spyware package, e.g. norton antivirus. once installed run an anti virus scan and spyware scan it should solve your problem.
RunDll is a system file. Error loading C:Windows/System32 is also system files. Just do a repair---not a recovery. The repair option is after you have to hit F8 then choose "R" for repair. This should take care of it. If not it may be your hard drive in which case you would replace it and have to do a full reinstall.
