Find Proxy Manager select <Disable Proxy> and hit <OK> Proxy Manager is located in the Tools folder That weird button (four dots with a finger and hand) on the bottom right Calculator Tab bottom right Suitcase looking icon called <Tools>
Or you can find the Proxy manager the hard way by going into File Explorer>My Device/Windows/ProxyManager.exe

WHEN I RECEIVE CALL OR MAKE A CALL, OTHER PARTY CANNOT HEAR MY VOICE AND I CANNOT HEAR THE OTHER PARTY. I CHECKED WITH T-MOBILE SHOP AND THEY THINK THAT SPEAKERS ARE NOT WORKING.
