Check the watts and size on your old woofer and go to radio shack and get a repacement woofer with the same wattage and size.
Radio shack make great replacement speakers and woofers.

Wharfedale Modus one six - one woofer cone is cracked. It still plays, but needs to be replaced. Where can I buy a replacement, or is it possible to repair the cone?

Yes, you can bring it to electronic repair shop to rewind the coil. or buy it in the electronic shop. if they don't have same brand you can replaced it with other brand same size and same watts of speakers. thanks

Tar like adhesive has gone sticky round speaker cones and volume has droped

The tar like sticky substance is the suspension of the speaker cone and there is nothing wrong with that. Its doping compound applied by the speaker company to damp the speaker ( Was it not always there? ) If the suspension has come off the bass notes will flutter, if not its some other problem. Play some music and put your ears near the tweeters flared horn to see if they working. Nearly 30% of your sound comes from the upper part and if you have damaged it there will be a volume drop.
These speakers are quite complicated on the inside. It has two amplifiers, one for the woofer and one for the tweeter. It also has a digital sound processor. Any thing could be at fault, even a simple wrong setting.

I have a set of cerwin vega AT15's my dog decided to put his paw through the one surround and puntured the paper cone I need total 15" woofer replacements or repair. or I need replacements I can buy and...

Ebay sell Cerwin Vega Surround (rubber bit) replacements. If he has ripped the cone too, appart from replacing his back legs with wheels (joke!), contact Cerwin Vega directly and they will send you out a new "driver". These are easily fitted at home by any one with a screwdriver

I have dropped one of my mackie srm450 speakers and i need a replacement woofer.. where can i get one?

If the cone is damaged, it is possible to get it 're-coned'. If you can find a shop that does this type of speaker repair.

Otherwise, call around music stores (by that I mean places that sell musical instruments and PA gear) and see if they sell/sevice Mackie. If you are comfortable taking the old woofer out, just order the part and DIY.

It is not critical that the woofer is an exact replacement (doesn't have to be a Mackie speaker), the important things are:

1) it fits and screws back into the speaker cabinet
2) it is electrically similar to the original (same impedance 4 ohm or 8 ohm) and wattage rating

Static noise in Yamaha HS50 monitor

Sounds like the voice coil is damaged on the woofer. If you GENTLY press in on the woofer cone, and release, you should not hear any scratching noise. If you hear noise, the woofer needs replacement.

Woofer,s outer ring is ripped.

To fix this problem, you will need to contact Velodyne.
They may be able to replace the surround or recone this driver.

Because this system has the "servo" control, you need to have the accelerometer conected to the amplifier. With out it, the amplifier will not operate.
