Question about EnGenius EOC-3220 (EOC3220)
I can not connect to my senao 3220, and in the wireless log blank no indication any mac no. recorded. seem that the receiver having problem. Is any one having the same problem?
There are multiple issues here, and vague reports.
The original poster's problem could be caused by any number of configuration errors. Without him reporting his configuration, it would be impossible to diagnose this problem.
The April poster reports a non-problem, in that his PC's indication that his LAN is active means only that the device at the other end of his ethernet cable is communicating properly with his PC, but says nothing about whether access to the internet past that point is active or not. He reports other valid problems, such as difficulty understanding and performing the configuration process, but again much more detail is necessary in order to pursue his issue.
The March poster reports a symptom that implies that he has a bad cable, POE, or main unit (assuming that his PC ethernet port is known good). Swapping components to identify the faulty one is indicated here. I realize that an average user may not have more than one of some of these components, but someone will have to do this to identify the issue.

Tips for a great answer:
An RS-232 null modem serial cable is required for this procedure.
1. Connect the EOC-3220 to your computer with a null modem serial cable.
2. Start a HyperTerminal session: Click Start and then select Programs -> Accessories -> Communications -> HyperTerminal.
3. After the HyperTerminal window appears:
a. Give this new connection a name. Ex: EOC-3220.
b. Select correct COM port. Ex:COM1.
c. Set baud rate as "38400", data bits "8", parity "none", stop bits "1", and flow control as "None". Then press "OK" to bring up the HyperTerminal window.
4. Wait until the "#" is displayed in the HyperTerminal window.
5. Type "flash reset", then hit enter.
6. Type "reboot", then hit enter. After the device reboots, all settings will be at factory default.
