Hes in mexico now he cant get the signal of smart bec.he forgot to roam on hes cellphones last saturday when he left our country
Call his cellphone company for him and tell them that he went to mexico and forgot to call and inform them and they will switch it so that he can get service off of there towers

Call sprint and ask them to flag you for a PRL update. Then dial *2 and it will automatically update.
I checked in the Katana II menu and there is no option to update the PRL

Hi there!
You should have received a separate message confirming that your roaming was successfully activated. If not, then your Smart SIM is not activated for roaming. The best thing you can do is ask a relative/friend to send you a SIM card that is roaming activated if you are staying there for a long time.
