Question about Dell Dimension 4600 PC Desktop
I have a Dell Dimension Desktop 4600 PC and recieve the following message at Start up "NTLDR Is Missing" PC then prompts me to restart by pressing ctrl, alt, delete and apperas to be working but then returns to the same error message
If you got a Windows CD try the following...
Reboot the computer and enter bios by..
When the blue DELL™ logo appears, press <F2> immediately
You might have to try this a few times since you have to be really quick,
In system setup (bios)
Set CD Drive as first device in the boot sequence. Press F10 then chose "Y" to save.
When asked if you want to start on CD just press any key.
The menu on your cd should have a repair option.
Hope this helps.

COPY D:\i386\ntldr C:\ (Considering that D is your CD Rom Drive)
COPY D:\i386\ntdetect C:\ (a file that may also be missing)
Then rebuild the boot configuration boot.ini file by
Attrib -H -R -S C:\boot.ini (if not found skip the next line)
