Question about Toshiba Satellite A100-S8111TD Notebook
I have a toshiba satellite a100. no power/ blank scree. removed battery and directly plugged in. no power/ connected battery and plug/ battery led ok/ still no power. what can I do next?
You can attempt to remove the ram from the computer, start with no ram, reattach one ram and try starting up again.
you may have a hardware problem that might require repairs. I suggest you contact toshiba service for repairs.
there are not many things that you can attempt at home. replaceing of parts is one.
Let me know if you need anything else.
