Cant program scanner due to L/O on all channels
Push manual then hold down lock 0ut button for several seconds this should unlock all

Press hold and keep pressing hold until you get to the selected chanel and press (F) and (E) then program the frequency in and press (E) then press (E) again and repeat the steps until all are programed in the press scan.
