Question about Sony Ericsson W300 Cellular Phone

Sony Ericsson K300A cel phone headset connected, no sound

My Sony Ericsson K300A cel phone is 3 years old. I was going through some old boxes and dug up the headset that came with the phone (it's an ear bud headset).

- I plugged the headset into the phone
- I put the headset bud in my ear
- I then dialed a number

Result:
The sound doesn't come from the bud.
The sound continues to come from where it has always come from: the little ear speaker

How do I get the phone to "send sound" to the bud. Or is there a hardware failure that I am not aware of?

My motorla bluetooth pairs with my cel phone but I can't get any sound. I've tried turning the sound up to the loudest and still nothing. Any suggestions?

Sometimes two diffrent brands will not communicate proper.

Try connect the headset to another phone is it now working?

If Yes --> then I'm sorry but it seems your cel and the headset are not compatible.

If No --> then the problem is most like a technical defect. Go back to your reseller for another headset or let your reseller demonstrate a correct functional headset.

Good Luck.

Sony ericsson bluetooth headset tryin yo connect

Be sure the the headset in in 'Pairing' mode.
When in pairing mode, the light should be flashing red and blue or have a steady blue.
The put most headsets in pairing mode, turn headset OFF, then hold the power button until it goes into pairing mode as discribed above.
Then you can discover it with your phone or PC. Pin (pass key) should be 0000 (4 Zeros) or try 1111, 1234, 9999

I want to connect a motorola H700 bluetooh to my sonyericksion t616 how do I do this?

you can connect your sony ericsson t616 to your motorola h700. for that you have to switch on the bluetooth in your phone then you must switch on your bluetooth headset. after that from your phone select the option "search for any devices". but i would suggest that you can go for a sony ericsson bluetooth headset instead of any other brand, because motorola might not be compatible.

BLUETOOTH HEADSET NOT WORKING

You may try this, but it may make no difference so please don't take it hard.

When you are in the transfer sound menu of your phone, press and hold the key on your headset for five full seconds.

You may also have to go through the connect to device menu all over again and choose remove device and then add device, the pin code is usually all zeros.

If this helps you good. If not, please don't rate this solution but respond using the comment box below. There are other things to do, just try this first.

Bluetooth Connection

on the jabra head set press and hold the button for about 3 seconds and then the blue light on the headset should stay illuminated. Then go to your phone and search devices, when your phone finds the jabra, you may have to put in a pairing code normally four noughts, zeros (0000), when inputed the headset blue light should change from a solid light to a intermittent flashing light, showing on your phone that the connection is succesful.
