Question about Dell Inspiron 1501 Notebook
Ive installed a new hard drive on a dell inspiron 1501- how do i re-insall everything.....i do have the dics, but im a dummy when it comes to this?
Start with the first disc of the OS, then follow the on screen instruction,
usually default is good.
if you have a USB enclosure for the drive(cheap, less than 20$) you can also use the trial version of acronis true image to clone the hard disk to the new one and then installing it without having to reinstall anything.
