Can you open the program at all? If so then you should be able to access your music library from there.

My zune 120gb has stopped working after i connected it to external Speakers. Please tell me any way to troubleshoot it.It is now showing on Screen "CONATCT SUPPORT"

Have you tried to restart it? Sometimes that works. I'm assuming that the only reason that the Zune would say this on the front screen is if there was some hardware damaged on the inside or an error in the script. A virus in a song that was put onto the Zune could also cause this. So I'd say, plug your Zune into your computer and run a scan using whatever virus protection you have on your computer. Most scanning processes have the option of doing a customer scan in which you can scan something individual, like a Zune that's plugged in. If there is no virus, then I'd bring it to a Microsoft store or some tech support and have them fix it.

I download songs onto my computer that I want to ...

I'm assuming you have the Zune software installed. You'll need the software in order to interact with the Zune device, it does not work as a "mass-storage device" like some other media players.
The Zune software will find all your music. Open the software and on the top left make sure you're in the "Collection" and then "Music" category. Then click on the right hand side on the "Songs" tab. You'll see all your songs on your computer. Connect the Zune and wait a few seconds and in the bottom left hand corner of the software you'll see your device connected.
Click on one of the songs and then press "CTRL + A" and all of your songs will be selected. Click and hold and then drag one of the songs to the little icon of your Zune in the bottom left and then all of your music will sync to the device.
Hope this helps.

I can't add songs to my zune player

More information on Zune related issues can be found at the Zune website:
http://www.zune.net/en-US/support/default.htm

There are many problems that can occur if you cannot upload songs to your Zune.
Is your zune plugged in via USB to your computer?
Is your zune ON?
Does the Zune software recognize that the Zune player is plugged in?
You can also go to your account settings in the Zune software and set it to where your music files are stored so it adds them.
If you have the Zune pass, try and download songs and then SYNC the software and player (little sync icon on the bottom left of the program).
Again, there are multiple reasons and cases on why you could be having problems. Please goto the Zune link for support and read through their faq's to assist you. If you still have problems, reply with a more detailed problem.

Zune deleting songs

yes it is due to the zune software not being able to locate the songs. make sure they are available and keep trying. also the zune software constantly search the internet to update your music information and album art. it will automatically update the songs on the zune when you connect it

Zune software will not open

There are two ways to format an Mp3 player - one on the computer itself, and one in Windows Media Player. Both methods will end up erasing all the songs on the player, but the player will be "good as new" after that. Sometimes reformatting in this manner will override the player's native formatting and cause problems - this can be reversed in most cases by updating the player's firmware. Firmware upgrades are available from most manufacturers' websites.

WARNING: The following procedures will erase all songs on the player.

Check if the file system is NTFS. If yes, format it to FAT or FAT32. - Connect player to computer, double-click my computer, right click on icon of mp3 player and select format. This only applies to Windows-based computers.
You can also format the player in Windows Media Player itself:
Connect your Mp3 player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "name of Mp3 player here 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.

Zune will not sync

Okay... what you do is Hold your zune in you right hand.. open the toilet bowl with your left.. put the zune in the toilet... and then flush it... or if you have not gotten a zune... just throw the $200+ in the toilet instead.. Because i have the same exact problem as these guys and none of their solutions have worked..
