Had the same problem, it was the connector between the door and car. You can check by pulling the boot back, disconnect and reconnect. I spend 2 hours diagnosing with a meter to find a 1 minute fix.

Windows do not roll down, doors not locking from drivers side

The window and door lock control is located in the passenger door. You have a broken wire between the door and the cab. You need to pull back the black boots that protect the wires and fin the broken wire.

Hey man, I had this same exact problem today. In your door jam, there is a rubber boot that is enclosing wires for your powered options. Pull back the rubber boot and check the wires. I guarantee that there is atleast 1 broken if not more. Splice them back together and tape the **** out of them with electrical tape. let me know if this was the problem!! Hope this helps!

Power windows, door locks and mirrors inop.

Sounds familiar - I pulled the rubber boot back and found the black wire was broken. I stripped the wires and put on a couple bullet connectors (terminators) and all is good. Just wish I would have seen this post before I took the door panel off... Oh well...
